Located in Lujiazui, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, the Shanghai Foxconn Headquarters Building stands as an epitome of intelligence, energy conservation, and environmental protection, being the first US Green Building LEED Platinum-certified high-rise business office building in Shanghai.
This innovative intelligent building serves as the operational center of Hon Hai in the mainland and houses the functions of Foxconn's trade and technology headquarters.
Foxconn is currently still Apple's most important contract manufacturer and operates the largest iPhone production plant in the world.
Type of facade: Internal Circulation Double Skin Façade.
Smart Home designed and supplied:
- Hardware for inward opening windows with concealed hinges, equipped with rescue window functionality.
- Size of opening sash: 1,400mm × 3,000mm, 1,600mm × 3,200mm.
