Located in Hangzhou’s CBD, also known as the Qianjiang New Districr in Zhejiang province, this building stands as a prominent landmark.

The Hangzhou Citizen Center consists of six 100-metre-high towers and four podium buildings.

It extends over a 400-square-metre superblock facing the city axis between the West Lake and the Qiantang River.

The towers are connected to each other at a height of 90 metres.
